Call for (anonymous) Questions

July 29, 2010

Healthy Living Summit (HLS) News:

Not so long ago, my fellow panelists and I put out a call for questions for the upcoming Healthy Living Summit discussion we will be hosting, entitled “The Ups and Downs of Pressing Publish: Getting Real about the Blogging Community.”

We realize that some people may want to ask questions anonymously, so Anne created an anonymous online form to collect any and all questions you may have for us.

Here are some reminders:

-The panel will include discussion on our experiences with the positive impact this blogging community has had on us, and the challenges we sometimes face by sharing our lives with the World Wide Web

-What we discuss will be driven by the participation of bloggers and readers, alike.  We want to delve into the topics that you want us to cover!

-This call for questions is not just for HLS attendees! The session will not only be live streamed, but recapped on each of our blogs.  Just because you won’t be joining us in Chicago doesn’t mean your voice and interests don’t matter to us!  We want to hear from you! Yes, YOU!

-Those questions you’ve always thought about, but never asked – go ask them, now.  The things you talk about with a few blends, but think may be offensive if you say them out loud? Go ask them, now.  The question you think everyone else already knows the answer to, and will judge you for asking? Go ask it, now. We want to discuss the benefits of blogging, the struggles of blogging, the enrichment, the difficulty, the how-to, to know-how, and the “did she just say that outloud?s” But mostly – we want to discuss what you want us to discuss.  Please help us to determine this by submitting a question (or ten!).

We look forward to continuing the conversation in the Windy City, and beyond. -xoxo
